Having some time between 3D prints for both this model and other clients work, I designed up a couple of jigs for ensuring the correct spacing is used for the stanchions and the cord.

The parts have been made from scrap 3mm MDF left over from other projects. I will drill out the stanchion tool so all I need to do is to drill into the hull 1mm and then can go along and install the brass fittings.
