This weekend we started working on the main guns by cleaning up the main turret section, and filling any bubbles and flaws in the casting.
The main guns were fitted to the turret section and then using epoxy putty filled and sculpted to form a neat canvas look to the base of the barrel.

All that needs doing now is to prime and check all four gun sets and then these can be set aside for test fitting once the hull and decks are finished.
